Feedback Questionnaires

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete a feedback questionnaire. Your time and effort enables us to listen to your requests, make changes for future meetings and most importantly, allows us to improve as an organisation. This encourages us to provide an even better service to you, maintaining our position as an excellent service provider - your comments to us over the last 3 years of business!

Majority vote was No. Thank you to the two sites that volunteered to present at future meetings, we will be in touch on this for next year!

What else would you like to have seen or done today?

We would like to encourage more networking between the TeleCare sites, would you be happy for your contact information to be displayed on our web site?

A section will be generated on the website for TeleCare user contacts, thank you for those who are supporting this initiative which we very much hope will be useful for networking between TeleCare sites.

Would you be interested in hosting regional meetings with other local TeleCare users?
Thank you to the 7 sites that have expressed an interest in hosting local meetings which we will pursue with you over the next 12 months.

Comments:

• Round tables were a great idea!
  
• The room was too large and cold.
  
• PA system was poor - wireless microphone did address this though.
  
• Timings need to be adhered to for afternoon session.
  
• Very pleased with smooth transition to TeleCare from scratch and would recommend for other eye screening units. Excellent support received throughout.
  
• It was a long day.
  
• Trouble shooting times would be useful.
  
• Great idea to network with other users and welcome this with open arms!
  
• Case studies of new developments in practice would be useful, for example, lab links, text messaging.
