Mill Systems is please to announce that patch pack 9 is available. Customers now have access to improved SOPHID reporting functionality and software to support the 48 hour waiting time initiative.
Additional fields and the introduction of configurable and reportable generic fields allows for the capture of and the extraction of SOPHID data at the “click of a button”.
Patch Pack 9 comes supplied with a Business Objects report that will extract the date and time of the appointment booking activity and the date and time of the appointment itself from the Appointment Audit information stored in TeleCare. The Business Objects report will make all the necessary calculations and manipulations necessary to output the waiting time information.
No change is necessary to the normal procedure for making appointment bookings.
The approach has attempted to cope with many different ways of working, and allows users to adopt the methods most suited to their style of clinic operation.
