TeleCare GUM allows the management and recording of episodes of care for patients receiving treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. Based around a diary, the appointments and clinics can be configured to meet the most exacting requirements including records of partial booking.

Configurable screens and an NHS compliant data set ensure that all necessary data can be recorded, and a number of tools are available to allow extraction of data for the production of statutory and ad-hoc reports.

The software has an inbuilt recall facility.

The product has full support for Samples and Investigations and can be directly linked to a Laboratory system for automatic results reporting. Graphing of results is available.

The system is compliant with the new Chlamydia screening requirements and now has enhanced support for Health Advisers with a revised contact tracing module updated for the 21st century.

The system features stock and prescribing modules to control the issue of medications. It also allows the creation and monitoring of treatment regimes.

TeleCare HIV is an extension of the TeleCare GUM product designed for clinics treating patients with HIV and related diseases. In addition to the GUM capabilities, there are additional screens to collect and manage the data required for statutory returns.
