Mill Systems were proud to host their 3rd Annual TeleCare User Group Meeting in November 2005, which once again was extremely well attended. We were also delighted to have two people from sites not using TeleCare at the meeting this year. We would like to thank them for taking the time to join us and hope they found the meeting both informative and enjoyable. We also hope to have an opportunity to invite them again next year as TeleCare Users.

The agenda chosen was deemed appropriate for the day, so much so that you were all extremely quiet during the 'Open User Forum'. Previous years have provoked much more interaction during this session so it was a delightful feeling to have presumably met the needs of our users with software developments provided over the last 12 months, and new modules that will be available to you during 2006!

Guest Speaker from CDI Presentation

The general consensus of opinion about the meeting location and format was good. However, now that the TeleCare customer base is growing we would like to start looking at introducing regional meetings where clinics can share information on a more local level. This would also enable us to encourage more sites to participate in the annual event. It was great to see how many of you would be prepared to host local meetings and your support for introducing some kind of user networking forum. We would like to see this format rolled out by 2007.
